Description
This course is designed to put in place the skills and processes to improve and maintain the expected level of service from outsourced providers. The course will enable the client’s staff to manage the providers effectively and set expectations within their organisations about what the providers should realistically deliver. Alternatively, we can work with your team, in house, to provide support and put in place appropriate processes that will bring about the required improvement.
