Description
Projects and Change Services will work to build on and develop the digital capabilities of your organisation. Led by Ian Reekie, this package will explore the current ‘digital landscape’ of your organisation and will support you to build and develop automated and future proofed solutions for both your staff and your customers. There are four ‘off the shelf’ elements that form part of a full programme of digital change and improvement. Those are:
Review; supporting your organisation to identify opportunities for digital change and development. Where are you now?
Strategy; development of a roadmap, to put together a timeline for change around digital, systems and technology.
Preparation; supporting your organisation to be digitally ready, and having the resources in place to manage complex digital change programmes. Offering advice, support and guidance in the delivery of change.
Delivery and Implementation; this stage looks at the implementation of digital solutions, either through supporting your leaders to guide digital change, or through the offer of leadership services in a digital space. Each solution is tailored to the needs of your organisation and can be adjusted to suit your available skills and capabilities. -
