    Stuart is an experienced project manager having delivered diverse, successful and complex projects. With twenty years expertise in project delivery Stuart is capable of transforming a strategic vision into an actionable plan.
    Stuart has a diverse range of project experience, with particular expertise in public sector and leisure, currently delivering two leisure facilities in Cumberland, having delivered the Redcar Leisure and Community Heart project in 2014, Kirkleatham Walled Garden and secured a leisure partner for Reading Borough Council to Design, Build Operate and Manage two new and two existing facilities. Stuart has competencies in complex procurement models and successfully led competitive dialogue processes to provide bespoke managed leisure services for public sector clients.
    Stuart has a proven track record for leading projects from conception through to operation. He can manage diverse multidisciplinary teams, leading from the front, is an active contributor, promoting collaboration, ownership and empowerment. He is effective when engaging with contractors, ensuring the final product is delivered to the cost, time, and quality aspirations of the client.
    Stuart engages with stakeholders at all levels. He understands the importance of ensuring project buy in and ownership. His aim is to guarantee these groups and taken on a positive journey throughout the project lifecycle.
