Description
We offer a range of services to support compliance with information law, including Data Protection Officer (DPO) Service which includes Annual compliance audit, Comprehensive framework for compliance, advice and guidance helpdesk, Access to eLearning, ICO complaint handling and Subject Access Request completion.
Lite Support Service, which includes 8 hours advice and guidance and Access to eLearning.
All the above service components can be purchased on a ‘pay as you go’ basis. We also offer training and consultancy services and bespoke packages tailored to your needs.
Our comprehensive compliance framework includes Policies, procedures & processes, Reporting tool, Records of Processing, Activity template and guidance, Tools to support working with 3rd parties (Contract schedules, Non-Disclosure Agreement, sharing protocols), Risk Management tools, including Data Protection Impact Assessment, Privacy Notices.
Remote support is available to assist you in building of your compliance framework.
We have been delivering services for three years. In 2016 we developed our traded service to support other public bodies in getting to grips with the change to data protection legislation.
We are well placed to provide services and advice as our manager Lauri Almond sat on national implementation groups for the new legislation and spoke at the ICO Data Protection Practitioners Conference to assist Local Authorities in preparing for GDPR. In addition, she also spoke at the Local Government Associations conferences around the country aimed at preparing Local Authorities for GDPR and the Department for Education GDPR Conference to assist schools.
We also administer the Wider Eastern Information Stakeholder Forum which is a group of information professionals who meet regularly to discuss current issues and share best practice. -

We act as Data Protection Officer for nearly 300 schools in Essex, monitoring and supporting their compliance with information legislation. We have supported many local authorities with compliance audits, action plans and framework to evidence compliance. All our staff are experienced, qualified GDPR and Data Protection Practitioners. ‘High Assurance’ rating from the Information Commissioners Office who regulate in this area. We hold the Clearmark Award for Excellence in Subject Access Requests.
