David Bailey has over 30 years' experience in local government and the public sector. He has knowledge and experience of gypsy site development and management, equality & diversity, social inclusion with a particular focus on gypsy traveller issues, community cohesion and integration policies and development, grant funding and planning enforcement as it relates to the Gypsy Traveller issues. David has worked for a range of organisations including the Commission for Racial Equality, Equality & Human Rights Commission, Joseph Rowntree Trust, Local Government Association - task force on Gypsy Traveller issues and Chartered Institute of Housing - facilitator on Gypsy Site Management Diploma training courses.
