A two-day interactive workshop to examine and critique the organisation’s existing whistleblowing policy and practice. A representative selection of interviewees will be asked a series of questions on Day 1 to test the use, trustworthiness and justice of the system before participants examine specific case studies from the public and private sectors on Day 2. Knowledge and insight gained can then be applied to ensure that their own system is fit for purpose and trusted by employees and partners alike.
Delivered by EELGA Associate, John Cross - Executive coaching, speech writing, public speaking and media training specialist. Author of ‘The Little Black Book for Managers’ which has sold over 20,000 copies and is available in three languages.
