Redundancy/Outplacement support is suitable for staff at all levels (entry level to executive). Implemented as part of a redundancy/ restructuring initiative or outplacement programme or provided to individuals during promotion, changing job roles, moving companies, at risk of redundancy or returning to the workplace. All programmes, support and learning are available via face to face and remotely including Zoom, Skype, telephone and email (Please note during the Covid-19 lockdown no face to face interactions will be available).
