Description
Redundancy/Outplacement support is suitable for staff at all levels (entry level to executive). Implemented as part of a redundancy/ restructuring initiative or outplacement programme or provided to individuals during promotion, changing job roles, moving companies, at risk of redundancy or returning to the workplace. All programmes, support and learning are available via face to face and remotely including Zoom, Skype, telephone and email (Please note during the Covid-19 lockdown no face to face interactions will be available).

Expected Outcomes
Through in-depth tailored one to one coaching discussions, participants are supported to work towards their professional goals and objectives. Coaching can focus on a wide range of activities including conducting a career assessment to define realistic career objectives, honing self-marketing skills, interview preparation, identifying the routes to market, development of a self-marketing campaign, networking, evaluating and negotiating offers, onboarding support. Equipping participants with the skills and tools to move into employment, self-employment, NED or voluntary work.
