This course is suitable for anyone who would like to gain the ability to effectively manage a project and apply fundamental project management principles and strategies to work-based (or personal) projects. All programmes, support and learning are available via face to face and remotely including Zoom, Skype, telephone and email (Please note during the Covid-19 lockdown no face to face interactions will be available).

Expected Outcomes
Delegates will have gained an understanding of key project management strategies and techniques aimed at improving project management skills, with an emphasis on the day-to-day running of a project, keeping a project on track, exploring the how, why and when of implementing the goals of a project, including planning, analysis, sequencing and scheduling utilising project tools and techniques, risk analysis and management.
