Description
This qualification is designed for managers and those with significant responsibility for effective coaching and mentoring as part of their daily role within an organisational context. It is also ideal for individuals who wish to move into a development, coach or mentor role. The programme offers a significant amount of face-to-face contact time with the facilitator and fellow participants, enabling extensive coaching practice. Participants learn and practise tools and techniques to help them address common themes in coaching such as work/life balance, career transitions, managing change, developing self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
The programme is designed by Iridium in collaboration with the East of England Local Government Association and accredited by the Institute of Leadership & Management.
The programme is led by Iridium’s Gill Graves, executive coach, team coach, facilitator and consultant in leadership and team development. -
