Choice of a variety of academically robust and highly validated leadership development tools: Transformational Leadership Questionnaire 360˚ (TLQ 360˚) - a detailed online 360˚ feedback tool providing a very detailed analysis of the most enacted leadership behaviours and their engagement benefits. Requires a briefing session, online profile, highly customisable report design, 3 week survey period, 90 minute debrief session with an accredited coach to understand and explore the report. Option of a second 90 minute coaching session. TLQ 360˚ Team session - As above with a combined ‘collective’ team leadership report to explore an entire team of leaders collective strengths and areas for development. Performance Leadership Identifier - A simple and effective self evaluation tool based upon the same engaging leadership model to identify leadership development needs. Also available as a recruitment tool to assist clients in analysis of potential candidates leadership behavioural tendencies.
