This course will help bring a greater understanding of the benefits and wider implications of change and how to deal with it. Participants will learn methods to cope with changes and move forward, developing their abilities to deal with setbacks, manage change, stay in control and acquire strategies to improve resilience and performance. All programmes, support and learning are available via face to face and remotely including Zoom, Skype, telephone and email (Please note during the Covid-19 lockdown no face to face interactions will be available).

An understanding of the reasons and drivers of change, recognise the different stages of change, reflect on own personal attitudes to change and that of others and what drives it. Identify the benefits of change to the organisation and individuals. Recognise the effects of stress and how to minimise it. Develop personal strategies to cope with change. Understand resilience and how to improve personal resilience.
