This programme is available at 3 different levels - Basic, Intermediate and Advanced. It can therefore be tailored as a half or full day course, to help relatively inexperienced or new contract managers right through to those with a good working knowledge of contract theory. It tests individual and collective skills using a mixture of tuition, group discussion and case studies.
