This three-day course, spread over three months, introduces managers to the key coaching skills and principles, enabling them to effectively manage and develop levels of performance by integrating coaching into their everyday interactions with individuals and teams. The course is aimed at managers new to the role, those participating in a Leadership/Management development programme, and experienced managers seeking further development.
