Since 1993 Stephanie Allen has built up an enviable reputation as a Leadership Development specialist working with managers at all levels to help them and their organisations grow. Although much of her current work involves designing and delivering accredited programmes so that clients may gain internationally respected qualifications, she also creates learning opportunities for clients who need specific skills without a qualification and works as an Executive Coach and Leadership Mentor to many senior leaders to give them additional skills as well as supporting business growth. A popular speaker, she has presented papers at various conferences in the UK, Australia and USA. She has also recently contributed a chapter on CV writing & interview skills, to a book by Wiley Press: 'How to develop your healthcare career’.
