A former trade union official for UNISON over 25 years; working across the six counties of East Anglia. Linda has been a member of CIPD since 1999; she gained a Masters in Human Resource Management in 2000; focusing her dissertation on workplace bullying. Linda has extensive experience of dealing with bullying and harassment issues and employee relations problems; she is experienced in developing diversity and equality policy initiatives; facilitating training and awareness workshops and courses.
