Graham has worked extensively across many public sector organisations spanning central and local government with a specialism in local authority procurement improvement projects, sustainability and contract management. These range from highly sensitive procurement reviews, capability assessments and the delivery of transformation and savings projects. Graham is also a contract management assessor for the UK Cabinet Office.
