Di Neale is a skilled and effective interim manager who uses her extensive public sector career and consultancy experience to deliver results for organisations and customers. With a full career working in the public sector, the last eight years of which in interim and consultancy roles, Di has a wide range of skills, experience and approaches which she applies across strategic, operational and cultural aspects of the organisations she works with to bring about sustainable improvements in service quality and customer outcomes. She has led, designed and facilitated some of the leading edge work on whole systems change including Calling / Counting Cumbria, Norfolk LEAPP and national pilot work with Durham Total Place. All of this work involved bringing citizen and customer voices into change processes and designing ‘multiple perspectives’ interventions to support a range of public sector organisations to overcome cultural barriers to change. Di is a ‘get on with it’ manager, able to quickly form the relationships and navigate the terrain to effectively achieve the objectives agreed; problem-solving and engaging colleagues as required to achieve the right results. In support of this she is able to draw on her experience of working closely with front line staff, senior managers, politicians and partners.
