Carole is an experienced coach and trainer with experience in both the public and private sector who really enjoys working with groups or individuals at all levels, helping them to grow and develop in terms of confidence, competence and performance. She specialises in developing performance, leadership, management and interpersonal skills through one to one and team coaching and through training managers in the art of holding coaching style conversations with their staff to maximise performance. Carole also provides career transition support for staff, in groups or individuals whose jobs have become redundant.
