Description
Andrew is an Asset Management specialist, as a Chartered Surveyor and holder of the Chartered Institute of Housing’s professional qualification Andrew has led many assignments across the East of England helping authorities make the most of their assets and improving performance. Andrew established the “East 17” Essex Property Partnership and has managed the programme since 2011. Andrew has also been the lead for a national housing and property team, set up the West Midlands Property Alliance with Improvement and Efficiency West Midlands and created the Strategic Asset Management Review process that was commended by the Audit Commission in “Room for Improvement”.
